Every member of the Elite Medical Transport team is committed to providing quality services to improve the lives of our patients and the communities we serve.
Our team includes registered nurses, paramedics, drivers, administrative and executive staff, and pilots with more than 3,000 flight hours and an airline transport pilot rating.
Rob Campion
PRESIDENT
Campion joined Elite Medical Transport in July 2011, as Vice President with a focus on air ambulance operations. Campion was promoted to President a year later. He has worked in medical transport since 1998, and started out as an EMT. He switched to air ambulance operations in 2001, and helped grow an organization from four bases to 11 prior to being acquired by a larger company where he was retained as Director of Business Development for the western United States and stayed in that role for four years. Campion brings vision and oversight to the Elite team. He is passionate about clinical care, safety, and employee satisfaction. Campion holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ashford University.
Mario Padilla M.D.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dr. Padilla has been practicing medicine in El Paso, Texas, for the past 17 years. As a renowned OB/GYN, he estimates he has delivered more than 8,000 babies to El Paso families. For the past 11 years, as an owner of Elite Medical Transport, he has been actively involved in the delivery of emergency medical services within the community. As part of his charitable contributions, Dr. Padilla has provided physician support to the Tarahumara community in Mexico.
Tammie Montes
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Montes has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Operation Management with 12 years of experience. She joined Elite Medical Transport in 2005, bringing her expertise in management, accounting, and finance to the team. Over the years, she has managed Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financing, certain Human Resource functions, and software problem solving. Her expertise has helped Elite Medical Transport expand its services over the years. Her ability to work with others and manage the accounting and finances is a tremendous asset to the company.
LeeAnn Phillips
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Phillips is the Chief Administrative Officer for Elite Medical Transport. In this role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures, human resources, information technology, and corporate compliance. She has an extensive background in EMS and organizational management. She has executive experience for a national provider and a nonprofit organization dedicated to EMS and trauma system development. Phillips has been in EMS since 1984 and joined Elite Medical Transport in 2007.
